Went for a walk today.

Since I’ve been feeling better I have gone on a walk every day.

We live down the street from a school and Bentley takes his time around the fence. I guess it’s all the people smells. He sniffs at all the fence posts.

We have a lot of storm drains, which I guess every neighborhood does, but I always think Penny Wise is going to come out and get me, so I don’t look in them. I did once though and there was a cat. When I called to the cat it came out, so I guess that was just it’s happy place.

I don’t know what these little flowers are, but Bentley thought they smelled good.

He sniffed at those for a good minute.

We take this walk a lot, and I am almost positive that sock has been there for at least two years.

I know because the first time we walked by the sock I asked my youngest son if he needed a sock.

A month later again I told him ‘look that sock is still there. You can go ahead and take it, I won’t say where you got that sock.’

Now it’s been like a year, and that sock is still there.

Tomorrow at school some kid isn’t going to have a pencil.

I was letting Bentley guide me a little.

He stopped at one point and looked at me and kicked out his back leg. He had a sticker in his paw. I got it out and we kept going.

Lot’s of sun and there was a cool breeze. We had a nice walk.

Look how happy Bentley is, he loves our walks.
