I’m ready for no more heat.

I’m done with it being hot; I want a cool-down now. It’s time for summer to end. It’s time for winter to begin.

I want to walk outside. It’s too hot to walk outside right now. Right now at 6 a.m., it’s 81 degrees with a feels like of 87, and that is the low for today.

The high is 107 degrees.

The heat dome the weatherman keeps talking about needs to be lifted away.

All I want is to walk or read outside.

Moving on.

Yesterday I wrote more of my book. I put it down for a while because one of the characters was going to die, but I couldn’t figure out what that person would do to deserve to die.

I finally worked it out yesterday.
