
Hello Friday I am glad you are here and I need the weekend like you would not believe.
I finally feel better, not 100% but better. I am planning on finishing some projects this weekend and staying close to home. I feel like my body needs rest.
I was thinking more about the journal I want and I am thinking about making my own. What I really want and can’t find anywhere is a journal with dated lined pages on one side and dated blank pages on the other side. So one side can be the page where you write down your thoughts and the other side can be where you make a sketch or to do list or whatever.
I haven’t been able to find anything like this so if anyone knows if something like this exists please tell me, because it is hard enough finding a journal with dated pages.
I can find diaries for little girls, there are also an abundance of planners with pages where you can write what you are grateful for or what your future looks like, or your hopes and dreams, which is fine but what if you are like me and you just want to write down your daily thoughts?
I don’t think most people really understand how therapeutic it is to write down what you are thinking. It doesn’t even have to make sense and you don’t have to show it to anybody. You don’t have to post it on social media, it is just something for you, no one else has to see what you write.
I post some of mine and some I don’t, there are things I keep to myself.
Anyway I am done. Everyone enjoy your Friday and maybe by Monday I will have a journal prototype.
