My electric tea kettle.

It has been two weeks since I cut down on coffee.

I’ve noticed a few significant things.

I don’t crave it anymore. I have one cup every morning but honestly that is just because I have two boxes of k-cups I bought from Sam’s and I need to use them.

I’m not craving one after work like I used to and now I usually have some herbal tea.

I have more energy.

Usually after work I’m so tired and drained that I want to do nothing but sleep. I would drink another cup of coffee and that would make it worse so I would take a late nap. I didn’t want to do that because then I would be up so late and I have to wake up very early on Tuesday for my office shift.

I’m still tired after work but not so tired that I can’t keep my eyes open.

I have a better appetite.

I don’t know why but I have been hungrier than I was before.

I sleep all through the night kind of, I still wake up at three every morning but now I just fall right back to sleep and don’t wake up again until my alarm goes off.

Before I would wake up at three, struggle to fall back to sleep and sleep through my alarm.

There are more things but I need to get ready for work so I am going to end this here.

One more thing I want to say, these changes are what I see happening to me, remember everyone is different. I’m not saying this can’t happen to you if you decide to cut down on coffee I’m just talking about the changes happening to me.
