I want to talk about commercials today. Or just one commercial.

It is for booking.com and is about how some hotels are good for some people and not for others.

I never fully watched it but toward the end of the commercial a kid says (I thought) VLADIMIR!

I wondered why the people didn’t want Vladimir in their room. Is that the kid they don’t like? Is he peeing on the walls?

Then, I watched the commercial, and the kid is actually saying, “IS THAT A MIRROR?” While the family is sitting on a rotating bed.

This, however makes me have more questions. Where is this family going? This is the room they booked by mistake?

I don’t use travel websites much, or like at all, but why would you book a room in a hotel you know nothing about?

If you can’t see it and there is no name for the place that you can google search why would you book that?

For all you know it could be the outhouse behind Jeb’s place. I’d rather stay with Vladimir even if he does pee on the walls.
