Wednesday already.

So I think I have talked about how we have too many meetings at work that are generally about nothing. Well, yesterday I was in office and I left my headset at home. I got another one out of the vending machine because I was going to need it for the meeting. An hour later they cancelled the meeting.

So now I have an extra headset.

I am kind of glad though because we play this terrible game called quordle during these meetings and at some point our supervisor started a tournament with the other teams in our area where at the end of the tournament you win nothing but the honor of winning the quordle tournament.

I can’t stand this game.

If you have never played it, it is a word game. Your have four blocks of five spaces and a limited number of guesses. What brings the game to an end when you successfully guess all four five letter words. It is so not fun.

This not surprisingly takes up a large portion of all of these meetings, proving we don’t need these meetings. At least to me, there are also other games.

So I guess in one way I’m glad it was cancelled but wish I hadn’t gotten the headset.
