Since I took this screen shot it is now expected by 11 a.m.

No I do not have my Kindle Scribe.

Yesterday after work I chatted with a representative and they started a replacement and overnighted the replacement. The first update was the one above and I was going to wait until 8 a.m. and if it hadn’t shown as out for delivery yet I was going to chat again.

I was going to say ‘Look I’m not trying to be an ass, but, the original package was supposed to be delivered November 29th and sat in a carrier facility for six days. Now it is at a different carrier facility and I need to know that it is going to be place on a delivery vehicle and it will not be stuck in this facility for another six days.’

It’s like they heard me or something because now they say it will be here by 11 a.m. so I’m planning on doing the same thing but now it will be after 11 a.m.

This has all been so upsetting, but I am trying very hard to not get angry because listen, I get it, there were a lot of things ordered on black Friday and Cyber Monday and there are a lot of packages to deliver, however I have been given delivery dates and it would be much appreciated if it was not going to be delivered on that date if I could at least get another delivery date and not just that my package is delayed and is at a carrier facility.

I do not want to go through this again.

Ok well thanks for reading my complaints. Hopefully I will have it by 11 am today.
