Ok so it is rainy today.

My little dog is looking for a place to hide. She hates the rain. It always scares her.

I couldn’t find her once, so I posted a lost dog post on Nextdoor. I don’t think anyone actually helps look for lost pets on Nextdoor.

One person said they would pray that I find her safe, so basically you’re on your own because I’m not leaving the house.

One person said too bad she’s not chipped. So if she was you would help look?

She is by the way.

Then I found her, she never left the house. She was hiding in the cabinet where she always hides when it’s rainy. It wasn’t rainy that day but it was windy and I think that was freaking her out.

Then after I commented that I found her hiding in a cabinet…

One person said there was probably something wrong with her and I needed to take her to the vet.

One person agreed with that person and said dogs hide when they are about to die.

Ugh Nextdoor, what a useless app.

I feel like I get more useful information from my Facebook neighborhood app. At least on there they actually post things that are going on in my city. Facebook is terrible but usually there is more information there than anywhere else. Sometimes though you do need to make sure it’s true.

Ok well Zoey has found a place to hide, not because she is dying, because she is scared.
