In the summer of 2024 our AC broke down, so we had to stay in a hotel near our house. This is what our view from the hotel looked like. There were also turkeys.

I completely neglected my journal yesterday.

I fell asleep while watching The Eye of the Storm and dreamt we were all in a tornado. We were all hiding in the laundry room and I went and answered the doorbell, my house doesn’t have a doorbell. We all made it through the tornado though, even me, and even after the room flash flooded for some reason. We were all alright.

I know what not to watch before I fall asleep now though.

I don’t know what I am doing today, I might clean, I might read, I might not do anything. We will see what happens.
