This was Halloween 2022 my youngest son was a something. I made him that costume.

Friday

Today is Halloween, My son’s went out, I did not. My son’s are still out actually. It was too cold for me. I am my youngest son’s ride though so I’m waiting for him to call me to come and pick him up from his friends house.

I am very tired also, I really just want to go to sleep. It’s been a very long day. I also didn’t leave the light on for trick or treaters, because I ate all the candy.

On another topic, I realized for the first time, after watching the new Emma movie, that Clueless was the Emma of the ’90’s. I don’t know why I didn’t realize this before, probably because I’ve not ever been able to stay awake during a movie made from a Jane Austen book.

I’ve never been able to read her books either. I just can’t get interested, the characters are all the same just slightly different stories.

Ok well I’m tired, my son has a ride and I’m going to bed.

Saturday

Oh good morning. I haven’t talked to all my boys yet but my youngest had fun, I think, he just hung out at his friends house.

My middle son went with his dad and step-brother trick or treating. He is still asleep so I will catch up with him later.

It’s still chilly, I turned on the heat. I should have changed the filter first so we will see in a few minutes if the whole place starts to smell like burnt hair.

It came on, it didn’t smell bad.

Today I just kind of want to be lazy. I have some house cleaning to do and some laundry to put away. It will be easy, I’ll make my son’s help me.

Then I will go out somewhere just to get out. I think Hobby Lobby today for yarn to make my youngest a hat.

After all of that I want to start a new picture. Then work on some writing.
