I can’t remember what I was doing this day, but I do remember my big dog Bentley laying down in the middle of everything. I love that dog.

Anyone a They Might Be Giants fan? Two Saturdays ago I was working on my custom made journal and I was listening to songs on YouTube. I looked up They Might Be Giants and Dr. Worm was one of the songs that played. I have had it stuck in my head ever since.

“They call me Dr. Worm, good morning how are you I’m Dr. Worm.”

“I’m interested in things, I’m not a real doctor but I am a real worm, I am an actual worm, I live like a worm.”

It goes on to say he likes to play the drums yada, yada, yada.

So there’s that.

Last night when I went to Walmart to get a notebook I wondered out loud why they still sell college ruled notebooks. My son didn’t get it, he thought I meant why do they still sell notebooks. He said because some people still like to take hand written notes.

I’m like yeah but why college ruled? No school has ever asked for college ruled notebooks. He still didn’t get it, he said something about how some people in college might still take handwritten notes.

I finally had to show him that college ruled were thinner than wide ruled. I mean I guess someone still uses them because they still sell them and they do eventually get sold.

Also I think there are very few of us who like to hand write out stuff before we type it, unless we are in grade school and it is asked for with the school supplies, and the teacher makes us take handwritten notes.
