I just woke up and came in to my living room and I can already hear my teams chat binging.

I haven’t been too thrilled with work lately but this week it has really been on my nerves. I need to make it big doing something so I don’t have to go any more.

After work today I am going to work on my little picture with the rotary phone and also my journal I’m making. I still want to finish it, it’s a little overwhelming but I still want to get it done.

I have some rubber cement now, it’s made by Gorilla Glue. I don’t know why that’s worth mentioning I just thought it was funny.

I’m interested to see how it works compared to the Elmers Glue All.

I have the faintest memory of making my own book when I was in the first grade or somewhere around that age. We sewed the binding together with a needle and thread. If I remember right we glued the binding then we sewed it together after the glue dried.

I also remember watching a Reading Rainbow episode where Levar Burton made a book with someone and if I remember that correctly they used rubber cement to glue the cover and the binding.

I can’t remember if our teacher showed us this episode of Reading Rainbow in class or if it just happened to be on when we were making our book in class. I do remember the events happening at the same time though.
