I went to the Cottonwood Arts Festival in Richardson yesterday.

It was a spur of the moment thing because I completely forgot it was happening. It was a nice small little art festival and I feel like it was more of an intimate thing. The artist were all at their booths which doesn’t happen as much at the bigger ones like Main Street Arts Fest in Fort Worth.

There was also a good ice cream shop there selling ice cream and I had the Texas Chocolate Sheet Cake flavor and it was really good. I don’t remember the name of the shop though.

I am of course working today, after work I am going to finish Spring then finish reading my book. I usually work on my pictures on the weekends but here lately I’ve been doing things on the weekends. Which is good because honestly I work from home and I am always at home, it’s good to get out sometimes.

Also, there is only three months left in this year. Yesterday Dan bought some Tylenol because he didn’t know we already had some. I told him, well now we will have enough for the rest of the year. He said he didn’t know about that and I was like, there’s only three months left this year.

2025 is about to be over.

I wonder how the people who wanted to return 2025 at the beginning of the year, after only being two weeks in, are doing now?

They probably either forgot all about it, or found something else to complain about. Live your life people, hug your loved ones, put down your phones and be in the moment.
