Last night we went to the mall.

I wasn’t going to buy anything, but we went to a store that is new to the North East Mall called Dot, Dot, Bang and I saw this owl purse and I really liked it, so I bought the owl purse. I don’t know if I will use it as a purse though because it is very small. The only thing that fits inside is my phone and that just barely fits. So this little owl purse my just go on display with my army of owls that I have on the shelf of my desk.

Then we went to the calendar store because I am still looking for a personal and a work planner, and when we were in there I decided I needed a new coffee mug so I bought a Freddy Fazbear mug that I didn’t realize until this morning has all these little pictures that show up when it is filled with hot liquid.

When I went to the register to pay for the mug and some candy for my oldest I had to put my items down twice because the guy at the register was locked in to his phone. When he looked up he apologized and said he was looking for parts for his car.

He told me he just bought a Chrysler and it broke down, I was like ‘aw man, that sucks.’ He said ‘yeah I saved up my money to buy it and then the drip pan fell off.’ (Dan said this doesn’t happen and maybe I misunderstood. I’m just replaying the conversation as I remember it and I’m pretty sure that’s what he said.)

I told him that was a bummer and asked him what year it was, because I was thinking by now that it was some type of classic car, he tells me it’s an ’06. Then we were almost done with the transaction and he asked me how I was doing so I told him I was good it’s Friday and I don’t have to work weekends ever so I’m good.

He then told me he had to work every weekend, he works seven days a week. No days off because he needed to make money.

This was the longest conversation I have ever had with and employee at the mall, even the girls at the Earthbound Trading Company who are always very nice and very funny.

After that we went to Spirit Halloween because there is one in the mall now where Forever 21 used to be, but not for very long though because I was cashed.

On the drive home it was dark and a boy on a bike that I barely saw rode his bike out in the street in front of me, so I stopped my car, he stopped also so I started driving by very slowly and he flipped me off.

How dare I drive my car on the street, see you in the dark, stop so I don’t hit you and drive slowly by because I don’t want to hurt you.

I am so rude.
