Yesterday was a good day.

We went to Sea Life at the Grapevine Mills Mall. When Dany was buying his ticket he asked if he should do the mermaid experience and I said, ‘you absolutely should.’ He didn’t though.

It was a really cool experience. They had a 360 degree aquarium tunnel, there was aquarium glass all the way around, even the floor. It was cool but gave me a touch of anxiety. The coolest fish for me were the Flashlight Fish. They have bioluminescence below there eye and it blinks so they kind of look like fire flies.

At the end there is a touch tank and the guy there said that sea stars can regenerate parts of their body, which I knew, what I didn’t know it if one gets split in half and there is enough of their stomach left they can generate a whole new sea star. My youngest made friends with a shrimp there, it crawled all over his hand.

After the aquarium we walked around the mall and went to the Toys R Us that opened there. It was small and jam packed full of people. Then we came home and relaxed.

I worked on Spring, I got a lot done actually. I decided to make the flowers out of shredded magazine pages. The hair made out of book pages looked so good on the colorful background that I think the flowers will look really good also.

So I actually did everything I said I was going to in my post yesterday. Sometimes that happens. Today I need to clean, and most likely I will, it depends on what happens after I log out.
