I’m up early today because I’m working an hour earlier today.

My company approved overtime last week because we are out of time service. That’s a whole lengthy explanation but basically we get cases every day and the optimal time service its two days. We are a week behind right now.

Any way, last week we were all approved for 5 hours of overtime. I didn’t take advantage then because it was Labor Day then my birthday and the way it works I wouldn’t have been paid for the holiday or my celebration leave so it wouldn’t have benefitted me, so no OT last week.

On Monday they sent out an email and said approved again for 5 hours of OT so I decided to work 5 hours on Saturday. Well, yesterday, there was another email stating Saturday was not approved.

Guys, it’s Wednesday, I have three days of the week left to get in 5 hours of OT?

I stayed an hour after yesterday since they sent the email at noon I had to make a quick decision. I am working an hour early today and tomorrow.

I guess if I really wanted to I could stay an hour after today and tomorrow too, but I don’t really want to, I wanted to work on Saturday.

In other news, I have drawn my next paper painting. This one is Spring. It’s going to be all pinks, blues, greens, purples and yellows.

Next will be Summer then Fall not necessarily in that order.
