It rained so hard here last night, and it was a fast moving storm that dumped so much water in such a short amount of time, it was unbelievable.

This is how quickly it all happened.

Around 5 p.m. last night I decided to go lay down in my room because it was so bright and sunny outside and the light coming in to my living room was giving me a migraine. My room is darker, we have room darkening curtains covering the one window in there.

I guess about 30 minutes later I go and turn on my ice machine because my eyes were hot and gritty so I was making an ice pack to put on them. It was still bright and sunny with not a cloud in the sky. I set a timer for 20 minutes on my phone and go lay back down.

The timer goes off so by now it’s after 6 pm still bright and sunny and not enough ice yet so I set another 20 minute timer and lay back down.

The timer goes off I go back out and the video above is the rain shower that happened in 20 minutes. This was close to 7 pm and it came down for about another 30 minutes hard rain. Some areas around her got up to 4 inches of rain in that 30 minutes.

Weather always has been and always will be unpredictable.

There are calls for more today, but I don’t know how much because again weather is unpredictable.
