In Texas there is a time from March to about the end of May where it gets warm during the day then cools down at night. I love that weather.
This is the time of year when I try to spend time outside.
This year I want to go to state parks like I used to with my dad when I was little. He had a season pass of the state parks and we would go almost every weekend.
Dinosaur Valley was the main one, we went there a lot. There are dinosaur footprints and the Paluxy River.
When we were kids we would go there during the summer and play in the river when it had water in it, I’ve seen that river overfull and down so low you could just walk across the gravel to the other side.
One year there were these shallow rapids and when you got in the water it would push you down the river. My butt kept scraping against the gravel and I did it so much that it scraped up by butt. It was very hard to sit for awhile.
Anyway to sum up, my favorite type of weather is when it is warm during the day and a little cooler at night.
