Tell us about your favorite pair of shoes, and where they’ve taken you.

I bought these shoes a long time ago, I say a long time ago because I can’t remember when I bought them.

They are shoes I wear all summer long and during winter they are my slippers.

I wore them on a long walk one June day in 2022 when my son came out to me, and I told him he was loved.

I wore these at work once when I was struggling with if I wanted to stay there. I ultimately made the decision that day to leave and went home to spend a few jobless weeks wearing these shoes.

They came with me to Illinois and kept my feet comfortable while walking around the hotel room.

I wore them when my son and I went to Dinosaur Valley and I did not slip around on the mossy rocks they held up really well in the river.

I do not know what I will do if I ever lose these shoes. I have kind of tried to look for another pair like them but I can’t find any that are the same. So for now these will continue to keep me mobile in the summer, in my house and if I ever need to walk in a river.
