Share one of the best gifts you’ve ever received.

I don’t really want gifts, on my birthday or at Christmas I just ask for money and I use that to buy myself something that I really want. To me that is the best gift.

I feel like that takes pressure off of the gift giver because they don’t have to make a special trip to the store to buy me something or go hunting down some obscure thing I said I wanted because I didn’t know what to say. Now I just say give me a gift card or some cash and that makes me happy.

When I was a kid I got a bike one year that was pretty cool, soon after some boy that lived in the neighborhood stole the wheel. He told me he was going to do this before he did it so when my dad called the police about it I gave them his full name. I’m not sure what happened after that but I never saw that boy or the wheel of my bike again.
